TERMS OF USE

Licenses

  1. By using any of these voicebanks, you agree to the Full Terms of Use.

  2. The Licenses distributed along the voicebanks in this website applies to Nayela Aakiri (ないぇらあーきり) and all the Color/Appends/Other voicebanks distributed along with it/related to it.

  3. Nayela Aakiri is a private voicebank, of which can be only obtained via xSeeli3x's direct distribution, or through purchase on xSeeli3x's shop services (such as Ko-Fi). Redistribution of the voicebank or selling it (for free, trading services or another medium) is prohibited. This means re-uploading to Lost Media services is, as well, prohibited.

  4. Original Songs, Covers, Remixes... etc. must follow any of the following naming conventions.

  5. When using the voicebank [re:2017] you can also use the following:

    1. Nayela Aakiri [re:2017]

  6. The Special Edition License (usually distributed with all the voicebanks) allows the User (you) to sell Original Songs made with this voicebank.

  7. The DEMO License is included with voicebanks that have a demostration sample, wich is free to use and obtain, though it prohibits the User from selling Original Songs made with it.

Distribution

  1. Distribution of Nayela Aakiri is private, and must be obtained via official xSeeli3x accounts.

  2. Redistribution is considered to be when this voicebank (or any of the materials included) is not provided directly by xSeeli3x, or any of the links in which Nayela Aakiri's voicebank is officially distributed (xSeeli3x's Ko-Fi or Official Mirror Downloads), which is not allowed.

  3. Redistribution of the works/materials that comes with this voicebank is prohibited.

  4. Changing or editing any of the files provided is prohibited, as well as distributing these edits.

  5. Prohibition to change or edit the provided files applies to the creation and distribution of new voicebanks or formats, may it be using AI technologies (RVC...) or other methods.

Commercial Usage

  1. Commercial Usage is all that includes using the design or the voice in any content that makes the user gain any kind of monetary profit. This includes, but is not limited to: Original Songs, Covers, Merchandising, Advertisments.

  2. The Special Edition License of Nayela Aakiri allows for the voicebank to be used for Commercial Usage (Creation and selling Original Songs)

  3. The DEMO License of Nayela Aakiri does not allow for the voicebank to be used for Commercial Usage.

General Usage

  1. Do not use any content from these voicebanks (or results created with it) to feed AI tools of any kind. This includes the artworks and audio files.

  2. Talkloids are allowed, as well as Original Songs, Remixes or Covers.

  3. Do not use this voicebank to promote illegal behaviors or political/religious propaganda.

  4. If you have any doubt, please contact xSeeli3x.

Fanworks and Derivatives

  1. You are free to make fanworks (writing, drawing, designs, games...) of Nayela Aakiri.

  2. You are free to make headcanons about Nayela Aakiri.

  3. You are free to create different designs or Alternate Universes for Nayela Aakiri.

  4. NSFW / Adult content is allowed as long as the rest of Nayela Aakiri's Terms of Use are followed.

  5. To make a Fanloid or Derivative of Nayela Aakiri, you must ask permission from xSeeli3x.

  6. Low effort Fanloids (like "Pearto"/"Pear Kasane Teto") or just recolors are not allowed.

  7. Official Fanloid, Nyeri Aakiri, falls under these Terms of Use. You can use a separately distributed voicebank or use FLAGS with Nayela Aakiri.
